By downloading, installing, or using the MyRemote application ("App," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
MyRemote is a mobile application that allows users to control Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices over a local Wi-Fi network using a smartphone. The App communicates exclusively over the user's local network and does not require an account or internet connection to operate core remote-control features.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

MyRemote may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions ("Pro Features"). All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
You agree not to use the App to:
MyRemote communicates with devices made by Roku, Inc. and Amazon (Fire TV). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either manufacturer. Device compatibility depends on the device's software and firmware, which may change without notice. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with any specific device.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYREMOTE, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyRemote and its developers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
